What are the shipping charges
FREE DELIVERY When you spend over $75.00
Our Shipping charge is a flat rate of $6.95 nationwide urban. This is for tracked non signature courier delivery.
There is a Rural Delivery charge of $3.00
You can add as many items to the cart as you like for this rate
We make every effort to process orders promptly, usually within 24hrs weekdays
Where is Stock Held
We hold all products listed in our store at our Southland NZ warehouse. Your order will be supplied and shipped from there.
How long will delivery take?
Our delivery is a bit slower (not overnight). Most South Island deliveries take 2-3 days and North Island deliveries take 3-5 days. These are just targets, though.
We track all our deliveries and send you an email to let you know when your parcel is on its way. If you live in a rural area, your delivery may take a little longer.
Please note that we don't ask for a signature on delivery. When you place an order, you're giving our couriers permission to leave your parcel in a safe place. Neither Notecardsandmore nor our courier will be responsible for any parcels tampered with, lost, or stolen after delivery.
If you have a special or safe place to leave delivered parcels please advise us - We will make sure it is noted on the parcel
My Parcel hasn't arrived
It doesn't happen often but occasionally a parcel goes astray. Contact us if you feel it is taking too long and we will begin a search with our delivery agent We are committed to ensuring a safe and pleasant buying experience, this includes when things don't go quite as planned!

In addition to credit and debit cards, we also offer Afterpay as a payment option at checkout. With Afterpay, you can get your items now and pay for them over 4 easy instalments, all interest free. The regular price of your order is all you'll pay. No extra fees or interest charges will be added on. Just select Afterpay through Stripe when you check out. We do not store or have access to your financial information.
Are my financial details secure
We do not hold or store any of your financial details. Nor do we have access to these details on the Stripe Payment Gateway beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order.
Returns

Damaged or faulty items
Please contact us . If we cannot easily resolve the problem we can arrange a return, exchange or refund. In this instance where product is either faulty or damaged, costs to return the product are paid by us.
Change of mind
Changed your mind about a product you've bought? We've got you covered. If you've got your receipt and the product's brand new and hasn't been used, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange. Just reach out to us first before you do. You've got 14 days from the day you bought it. Remember, you're responsible for the cost of sending it back, along with any costs to send out a new one. Also, the item is your responsibility until it gets to us. Sadly, we can't be held responsible if it gets lost on the way back to us. That's why we suggest using a delivery service that can be tracked and insures you for the value of the goods.
